01A report answers "so what?"
Management needs a conclusion, not just numbers: was the plan met, what drove it, what to do next. A good slide title is the conclusion: "Online revenue beat the plan by 24M", not "Metrics".
02Paste your data
Copy the numbers from a spreadsheet or an email right into the request. Bravo keeps every value, spreads them across slides and shows them as tables, share charts and big figures.
03Report outline
The result in one sentence, key metrics against plan, what worked, what did not, causes, decisions and the plan for the next period. Usually 6–8 slides.
04A strict style
Reports fit Board report and Lab journal: dense layouts, a lead paragraph under the title, tables and charts in one style on every slide.
05An old report works too
If the report is already in PowerPoint, upload the PPTX: it is rebuilt slide by slide with every figure and fact kept.
