01A business plan is a calculation, not advice
An investor or a bank looks for three answers: how much money is needed, when it comes back and what can go wrong. So the deck needs figures: investment, average ticket, customer flow, costs, break-even and payback.
02A typical outline
Cover with the launch budget, market and location, product and prices, investment by item, fixed costs, revenue model, break-even, scenarios (bad, base, good), risks and the decision. 8–10 slides are enough for a small business.
03What to give the AI
Write the topic in one line, e.g. "Business plan for a neighborhood coffee shop", or paste your own numbers as text. Bravo recognizes the business-plan genre and builds slides with tables, big figures and scenario comparisons instead of general advice.
04Check the numbers
Numbers you provide go onto the slides as they are. Without them the model shows an estimate model: check it and correct the values in the Text tab or in the chat.
05Style
Business plans fit strict styles: Board report with a dark report look and KPIs, or Indigo with a calm grid and charts. Keep bright poster styles for marketing.
