Consent to Personal Data Processing

You give this consent by ticking the box in the sign-in form on the website. This is a translation; the Russian version prevails.

1.Who receives the consent

  1. By ticking «I agree to the processing of my personal data» in the sign-in form, I freely and in my own interest consent to individual entrepreneur Данилов Егор Дмитриевич (INN 421408941497, OGRNIP 326420500108671, address: Кемеровская область — Кузбасс), the «Controller», processing my personal data on the terms below.

2.Data

    • email address;
    • payment records (date, amount, status, pack);
    • prompts, uploaded files, editor chat messages and the presentations created;
    • IP address, browser and device details, request times.

3.Purposes

  1. Signing up and signing in; running the Service (creating, storing, editing and downloading presentations); accepting payments and sending receipts; answering requests and sending service emails; protecting the Service from abuse; attributing partner referrals.

4.Actions with data

  1. Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

5.Transfer to third parties

  1. I agree to the transfer of data, including cross-border transfer, to:

    • OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA): prompts, uploaded materials and slide images, without account data (email, IP and payments are not sent); phones, emails, document numbers and names in them are replaced with stand-ins. Purpose: writing the outline and text and drawing the slides.
    • ООО «Юнисендер СМАРТ» (Unisender Go) (Russia): email address. Purpose: sending sign-in links and service emails.
    • ООО НКО «ЮМани» (ЮKassa) (Russia): email for the receipt, amount and payment status (the Service never receives card details). Purpose: accepting payments and sending fiscal receipts.
    • ООО «Яндекс» (Яндекс Метрика) (Russia): cookies, IP address, browser data and on-site actions (only with consent). Purpose: visitor statistics.

6.Term and withdrawal

  1. 6.1

    The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

  2. 6.2

    I can withdraw it by writing to support@bravoslide.com from the email linked to my account. The Controller then stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except data it must keep by law.

  3. 6.3

    I have read the Privacy Policy.

  4. 6.4

    I am at least 14. If I am under 18, I use the Service with the consent of my parents or other legal guardians; for a person under 14 only a legal guardian can give this consent.
