- 1.1
This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Данилов Егор Дмитриевич (INN 421408941497, OGRNIP 326420500108671), the «Provider», to any person, the «User», to enter into an agreement on the terms below.
- 1.2
The offer is accepted when the User starts using the Service, including signing in, or pays for a pack (Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
- 1.3
If the User does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Service.
- 1.4
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
- 1.5
The Service is for people aged 14 and older. Users aged 14 to 17 use and pay for it with the consent of their parents or other legal guardians.
2.Definitions
- Service: software that creates presentations with artificial intelligence, available at bravoslide.com.
- Account: the User's account. Sign-in works by an emailed link, without a password.
- Slide: a slide image created by the Service.
- Credit: a unit of payment. One credit is one slide in the full version.
- Pack: a set of credits bought for a fee.
- User Materials: texts, files and other data the User enters or uploads.
- Output: presentations, slides and files the Service creates at the User's request.
3.Subject
- 3.1
The Provider gives the User access to the Service; the User uses it under these terms and pays for paid features if they choose them.
- 3.2
The Service writes an outline from a topic or an uploaded file, creates slides, lets the User edit them by chat or by hand, and exports PPTX and PDF files.
- 3.3
Features and limits of the free and paid versions are shown on the website and in the Service. The Provider may change the Service without worsening the terms of packs already paid for.
4.Free version
- 4.1
Each User can create one presentation of any length for free: its first slides are drawn for free in draft quality, the rest open after payment. The number of free slides is shown before the start (as of this edition, 3 to 6). A presentation whose slides are all free can be downloaded with a watermark.
- 4.2
The free version is provided as is and is not a paid service.
5.Prices and payment
- 5.1
Pack prices are shown on the website at the time of payment. VAT is not charged.
- 5.2
Payments are accepted via YooKassa (bank cards, SBP and other methods on the payment page). Card details are processed by the payment provider; the Provider never receives them.
- 5.3
Credits are added to the account once the payment provider confirms the payment. A fiscal receipt is sent to the email given at checkout.
- 5.4
Credits do not expire, cannot be moved to another account and cannot be exchanged for money except for refunds under section 7.
- 5.5
The Provider may change prices. New prices do not affect credits already bought.
6.Delivery of services
- 6.1
When the User starts the full version of a presentation, one credit per slide is deducted.
- 6.2
Each paid slide can be edited and redrawn at no extra cost within a fair limit shown in the Service. As of this edition: up to 10 image generations per slide.
- 6.3
The service for a slide is rendered when the credit is deducted and the slide is created. No separate acceptance certificate is issued.
- 6.4
If a slide could not be created for technical reasons, the User can redraw it without another charge. If that is not possible, the credit is returned to the balance on request.
- 6.5
Output is created by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, including in facts, numbers and text. The User checks the Output before using it.
7.Refunds
- 7.1
The User may withdraw from the agreement and request a refund for unused credits by writing to support@bravoslide.com from the email linked to the account.
- 7.2
The refund equals the pack price divided by the number of credits in the pack and multiplied by the unused credits of that pack. Used credits are not refunded.
- 7.3
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 days of the request.
8.Rights and obligations
- 8.1
The User agrees:
- not to upload materials that break the law or infringe the rights of others;

- 8.3
The Provider does not pre-check User Materials. On a breach of clause 8.1 or 8.2, or at the request of a competent authority, the Provider may delete the materials and Output concerned and restrict access to the account, informing the User by email. Unused credits are then refunded under section 7.
- 8.4
The Provider keeps the Service running and usually answers requests within 3 business days.
- 8.5
The Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
- 8.6

9.Personal data in User Materials
- 9.1
If the User puts personal data of other people (employees, clients, students) into the Materials, the User is the controller of that data, is responsible for the lawfulness of its processing and warrants a legal basis for it, including these people's consent where the law requires it.
- 9.2
The User entrusts the Provider with processing such data only to the extent and for the purposes of creating and storing the presentation: recording, organising, accumulating, storing, retrieving, using, anonymising, blocking, deleting and destroying. The Provider keeps it confidential and protects it under Art. 19 of Law 152-FZ.
- 9.3
The Provider is not obliged to check User Materials for personal data or protected information. Phones, emails, document and card numbers and names of private people are nevertheless replaced with stand-ins automatically before they reach AI services.
10.Intellectual property
- 10.1
User Materials remain the User's. The Provider processes them only as needed to run the Service.
- 10.2
The Provider claims no rights to the Output. The User may use it in any lawful way, including commercially.
- 10.3
By uploading logos, trademarks, templates, fonts, images and other brand elements, the User warrants that they own them or have the right holder's permission to use them, including adapting them and putting them into presentations, and that using company marks is lawful (for example, on the company's behalf or as its employee).
- 10.4
The Provider does not check the User's rights to uploaded materials. If third parties bring claims against the Provider related to User Materials or the use of Output, the User helps settle them and compensates the Provider's proven losses, including legal costs.
- 10.5
User Materials, including templates and logos, are used only for that User's own presentations and are not shared with other users. The Provider does not publish User Materials or Output and does not use them in advertising without the User's consent.
- 10.6
The code, design, name and examples on the website belong to the Provider or are used lawfully.
11.Liability
- 11.1
The parties are liable under the law of the Russian Federation.
- 11.2
The Provider is not liable for outages caused by third parties (telecom operators, payment providers, AI technology providers) or by force majeure.
- 11.3
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount the User paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
12.Term and changes
- 12.1
The agreement is valid until terminated by either party.
- 12.2
The User may terminate it at any time by stopping use of the Service and asking to delete the account at support@bravoslide.com.
- 12.3
Presentations stay in the account until the User deletes them. Presentations of a User who has never paid may be deleted 6 months after their last sign-in. An account without unused credits and without sign-ins for 12 months may be deleted together with its presentations.
- 12.4
The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new edition on this page. It takes effect on publication and does not worsen the terms of packs already paid for.
13.Disputes
- 13.1
Claims are sent to support@bravoslide.com; the Provider answers within 10 days.
- 13.2
Disputes are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Consumers may go to court under Art. 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.
