Privacy Policy

What data Bravo collects, why, who receives it and how to delete it. This is a translation; the Russian version prevails.

1.General

  1. 1.1

    This policy explains how personal data of Bravo users (the website bravoslide.com) is processed and protected under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».

  2. 1.2

    The data controller is individual entrepreneur Данилов Егор Дмитриевич, INN 421408941497, OGRNIP 326420500108671, address: Кемеровская область — Кузбасс, email: support@bravoslide.com.

2.Data we process

  1. 2.1
    • email address;
    • payment records: date, amount, status and pack. Card details are processed by YooKassa and never reach us;
    • technical data: IP address, browser and device details, request times, interface language;
    • partner link and ad tags (UTM);
    • cookies (section 8).
  2. 2.2

    What you enter and upload (topics and prompts, files, templates, editor chat messages) and the presentations created are not treated as personal data in themselves and are not used to identify you or anyone else. If you put personal data into them, it is processed automatically, only to create the presentation, without staff access unless technically necessary. Phones, emails, document and card numbers and names of private people in such materials are replaced with stand-ins before they reach AI services; the real values stay only on our servers.

    We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data. Do not put other people's personal data into your materials without a legal basis.

3.Purposes

  1. 3.1
    • signing up and signing in;
    • running the Service: creating, storing, editing and downloading presentations;
    • accepting payments, keeping credit balances and sending receipts;
    • answering requests and sending service emails (sign-in links, payment notices);
    • reminders about an unfinished payment or an unpaid deck; switched off by a link in the letter;
    • protecting the Service from abuse and attacks, enforcing limits;
    • attributing partner referrals and paying partners;
    • visitor statistics and product improvement, only with consent to analytics cookies.
  2. 3.2

    We do not send marketing emails.

4.Legal grounds

    • your consent to personal data processing (consent text);
    • performance of the agreement you are a party to (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ);
    • legal duties under accounting and fiscal receipt laws.

5.Who receives data

  1. 5.1

    We share personal data only with those who help us provide the service on our behalf, to the minimum necessary:

    • AI services and models that write the text and draw the slides (they get the presentation materials, without account data);
    • the payment service (payments and receipts);
    • the email service (sign-in links and service emails);
    • the visitor statistics service (only with consent to analytics cookies).
  2. 5.2

    Their names and countries are listed in the consent to personal data processing. Transfers outside the Russian Federation follow Art. 12 of Law 152-FZ.

  3. 5.3

    Data may be disclosed to public authorities upon a lawful request. We do not sell personal data.

6.Storage and retention

  1. 6.1

    Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, organised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.

  2. 6.2

    Retention:

    • account data and presentations: until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn;
    • payment and receipt records: 5 years, as accounting law requires;
    • technical logs: no longer than one year.
  3. 6.3

    After that, data is deleted or anonymised. Providers from section 5 keep data under their own rules.

7.Your rights

  1. 7.1

    You may:

    • learn how your data is processed;
    • ask to correct, block or delete your data;
    • withdraw your consent;
    • complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
  2. 7.2

    Send requests to support@bravoslide.com from the email linked to your account. We answer within 10 business days.

  3. 7.3

    You can delete a presentation yourself in your account. The whole account is deleted on request at support@bravoslide.com.

8.Cookies

  1. 8.1

    Necessary: sign-in, language and theme, abuse protection, remembering your cookie choice. The Service does not work without them.

  2. 8.2

    Partner: remember which link or ad brought a visitor, for up to 30 days. Needed to pay partners.

  3. 8.3

    Analytics: Yandex Metrica. Loaded only after you agree in the banner; session recording (Webvisor) is off.

  4. 8.4

    Change your choice via «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the site or by clearing cookies in your browser.

9.Security

    • data travels only over HTTPS;
    • no passwords: sign-in uses one-time links that expire;
    • only people who need it to run the Service can access data;
    • request rates are limited and suspicious activity is blocked.

10.Final provisions

  1. 10.1

    We may update this policy. A new edition takes effect when published on this page.
